A.either虽然有“也”的意思,但其一般用语否定句中,例：I haven't seen this film,and my brother hasn't either.
B.as well 作为副词时,有“也”的意思,常位于句末,并且常与and,but搭配.
C.没有as good这种说法.
D.too意为"也;并且;还"时,在肯定句中常位于句末,但应用逗号隔开,所以D是不对的.

选B 因为either用于否定句，too用在句末，但是前边要加逗号隔开。as good没有“也”的意思。as well可以这样用，且不用逗号隔开。
