Well,diet custom is usually related with region.For me,I like spicy food since I am Sichuan native.In all of Sichuan dishes,I like Double-fried pork most,and it's also a very very famous dish in China.As to physical exercising,I go jogging in the morning sometimes,and do push-up and sit-up after dinner occasionally.
