这句话正确.这是强调句,一般在高一学习.强调句结构是：
It is/was + 被强调部分 + that / who + 句子剩余部分.例如：
陈述句：He helped me out of the trouble.
强调主语：It was he that/who helped me out of the trouble.
强调宾语：It was me that he helped out of the trouble.

老师在讲的时候，说应该把the去掉，应为trouble是抽象名词不可数。我想知道he用不用改成him

那个解释应该是正确的，但不可数名词如果是第二次提到或特指也是可以用 the 修饰的。定冠词 the 可以修饰可数名词和不可数名词。而这里作为一个习惯搭配，trouble 前面不需要 the。此句中 he 是作主语的，不能改成宾格 him。
