1.I think working experience should be considerred as the first important factor for getting a job.Without relative experience,you don't know how to handle some trouble from the job.Honestly,school teaching is not so practical right here in china.
2.In my point of view,interviewers always try to know the personalities from the conversation.Because a positive,confident and strong-minded person will be a real talent in the working field.
3.I think too many to mention,we have to think before we leap.Like salary,promotion,location for the company and so on.
