这是一个定语从句,先行词是factors,关系词既可以是which,也可是是that,不能是what,因为定语与先行词之间没有what这个词所拥的逻辑关系.
只能用that,不能用which的情况是：最高级,序数词,唯一等情况之下.
顺便纠正一下楼上,countless不是最高级.

因为that是指那个的意思有指不定是那一个，what是指什么的意思，那which是指一个东西而短文上都写了countless是数不来的意思！
