Have you ever regretted doing something you shouldn't have done or something you didn't do which you should hav?At one time or another we probably all have.There is no point in getting depressed about it now-it's no use crying about spilt milk!However,there may be some gain in thinking about exactly what happened and why,because we might be able to drow some conclusions for the futher.
One thing we all do and another is to lose our temper with a friend or close reative.The odd thing is that we more often display great anger towards someone we are found of than towards stranges.The explanation maybe that we see friends and close reative as a safty net an opportunity to let off a bit of steam in a saft envionment while the consequestion of insulting a strange could be much more serious.
