Overdue, open sales orders report?

Overdue, open sales orders report?
Hello,Is there some place we can conveniently list all open sales orders(perhaps list all sales orders with no goods issue posted is better..) withoriginal delivery date in the past?We have a problem that some orders are being physically despatchedbut were not despatched on SAP. Our despatch need a list of orders theyare expecting to see coming from production and then they can chase upwhat's going on with them.TIA

You can use document flow reports to determine delivery/issue status of orders and items - try RIBELF30 ...Another way might be to interrogate VBUK for the various statuses for the orders, i.e. delive...

Perhaps you can persuade them to let you try it out in a test system ? That way you could at least find out if it's going to be helpful or not .......
