有一个值得注意的区别是：
no 后面不加冠词,直接跟名词,如 no answer,no doubt...
not 后面要先加冠词,再跟名词,如 it is not an answer/a question...
你的句子可以转换：
A—> There is no denying that successful business lies in a healthy body and mind.
B—> There is not any(a) denying that successful business lies in a healthy body and mind.
It's not a good idea.It's no good idea.两者都对!
