in 表示是在将来的一段时间内,而你问的是三年前,所以不能用in
举个例子给你看你就明白了：I will finsh all my work in three days.翻译为：我将在未来的3天完成我的工作.

第一个,一般时,可以表示她习惯性的,经常这样穿.
第二个,进行时,表示她正穿着这样的衣服.
第三个,过去时,表示她过去穿过这样的衣服.

不需要in。。。因为where这个次。。是副词。。已经把in的意图包括了
除非。。which city did you live in 2 years ago..
why is she wearing these clothes是对的。。waer这个次。。只能表示现在的行情。。。呵呵。。现在穿的什么啦。。。
