英语中的否定分为完全否定和不完全否定,其中both 和all后加not 是不完全否定,所以A中both of us are not right .是我们两个“不都错”的意思 ,只否定了一部分,就是所谓的不完全否定.A 不符合题意,就不选A.neither 是两者中的任一个,后面自然要用单数is ,所以不选C

先看它们的区别（再加either）：
both是“两者都”的意思。例：Bothofmychildrenarestudyingnow.
neither，“（两者之中）无一个”，与动词的单数形式连用。例：Neitheroftheroadsisgood.

B, both of us are not right的意思是“我们两个不都对”，而前文已经说了我们两个都错了。而neither of。。。的句型，谓语动词要用复数。

C 肯定错了啊 因为neither后面应该跟is 而非are 至于A 是句子的意思和原文不符 你看B句 意思是我们俩没有一个是正确的 而A句则是指我们俩并不是都正确 两者句子的意思不一样
