Doing exercise is a good way to keep healthy. Doing exercise is about strech your body and improve your body strength. This prevents too much fat cells stored in your body. Keep your body in a normal position and work properly. I usually excersies four times a week. I like to swimming and do some aerobics lessons. Because swimming could help me to contain a straight back. Aerobics lessons could help me to burn off extra fats in my body. ps. I didn't check the spelling.Hope you would like it.
